U Designates Six Individuals for Involvement in Cyberattacks

The Council of the European Union adopted Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/1778 which amends restrictive measures aimed at countering cyberattacks.

The final regulation strengthens restrictive measures by imposing sanctions on six individuals with ties to malicious cyberattacks against the EU, member states, and their institutions.
