Europol published the EU Terrorism Situation and Trend Report (EU TE-SAT) 2024, which provides a detailed overview of the evolving terrorism landscape in the European Union in 2023. The Report is a situational overview, presenting figures and trends in the terrorism landscape in the EU in 2023, based on qualitative and quantitative data provided by Member States on terrorist attacks, arrests and court decisions issued for terrorist offences. Europol publishes the EU TE-SAT on a yearly basis.

EU Extends Tunisia Sanctions for Another Year
The Council of the European Union adopted Council Decision (CFSP) 2025/155 which amends the sanctions regulation with respect to Tunisia. EU Removes One Listing Under Libya Sanctions Regulation
The Council of the European Union adopted Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/190 to amend restrictive measures imposed in light of the situation in Libya. The amended regulation follows a United Nations Security Council decision to remove one individual from the sanctions list. View the relevant Regulation here
Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine: Council extends economic restrictive measures for a further 6 months
