EU Removes Two Individuals from DRC Sanctions List

The Council of the European Union adopted Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/2670, which amends restrictive measures imposed on the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

The amended final regulation incorporates judgments of the General Court in Cases T-88/23 and T-89/23, which ordered for the removal of two entries from the sanctions list.
