EU Removes One Entry From Syria Sanctions List

The Council of the European Union adopted Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/2519 which amends restrictive measures imposed on Syria.

The amended regulation follows the judgment of the General Court in case T-209/22 which removed one entry from the EU’s sanctions list.
