The European Commission adopted Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/372 which amends restrictive measures against individuals and entities associated with ISIL (Da’esh) and al-Qaida organizations.
The latest regulation aligns the EU’s sanctions regime with the United Nation Security Council’s Dec. 14, 2023, decision, which amended 14 entries.
The amended entries remain subject to asset freeze measures. Changes to the entries are detailed in the annex to the latest regulation.
