EU Adds Four Entries to Haiti Sanctions List

Τhe Council of the European Union adopted Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/291 which updates the EU’s restrictive measures framework with respect to Haiti.

The final regulation incorporates the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) decision of Dec. 8, 2023, which added four sanctions entries with respect to the situation in Haiti.
